This Privacy Policy applies to OTON INFINITY X, OTON Drop, OTON websites, cloud features, AI-powered features, purchases, memberships, analytics, and related services operated by EnGeniux Ai ("EnGeniux Ai," "OTON," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If a feature or promotion includes a separate privacy notice, that more specific notice will apply to that feature in addition to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use OTON, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, profile information, authentication identifiers, account status, plan or membership status, and settings.
• Conversations and AI interactions: prompts, questions, responses, conversation context, and related metadata needed to provide OTON Core and continuity features.
• Journal and continuity information: saved or summarized conversation history, recent activity, preferences, and context used to help you continue where you left off.
• Files and images: documents, images, filenames, folders, metadata, previews, and content you choose to upload, store, organize, or ask OTON to understand.
• Tasks, reminders, and OTON Today information: titles, instructions, dates, due times, completion status, and related activity used to help organize your day.
• OTON Drop information: Drop handles, sender names or contact details, messages, requests, uploaded files, submission timestamps, categories, summaries, attention signals, and related intake metadata.
• Purchase and entitlement information: product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, order identifiers, capture identifiers, reservation status, Custom Drop Name, purchase source, and related transaction metadata.
• Device and technical information: browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, language preference, referring page, timestamps, error information, and security or diagnostic logs.
• Usage and analytics information: signups, activation activity, feature use, storage activity, Drop activity, reservation and checkout events, completed purchases, attribution source, and other measurements used to understand product performance and reliability.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting support, joining a mailing list, requesting updates, or communicating with EnGeniux Ai.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve OTON, including to:

• create and secure your account;
• provide conversations, continuity, files, tasks, reminders, OTON Today, OTON Drop, and other requested features;
• process, organize, summarize, classify, or interpret content using automated and AI-powered systems;
• store and sync information across supported devices;
• process purchases, verify entitlements, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, and maintain purchase history;
• measure product usage, activation, reliability, conversion, and business performance;
• detect abuse, spam, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, security threats, and violations of our Terms;
• respond to support requests and service communications;
• develop, test, maintain, and improve OTON features; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect users, EnGeniux Ai, and the Services.

4. AI Processing and Automated Features

OTON uses AI and automated systems to provide features such as answering questions, interpreting images, summarizing information, organizing content, generating responses, classifying OTON Drop submissions, identifying possible attention signals, and suggesting next actions.

Information you submit to an AI-powered feature may be transmitted to service providers that supply AI or infrastructure capabilities when necessary to perform the requested feature. We limit such processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the Services in accordance with this Policy and applicable provider terms.

OTON may also use non-AI logic, timestamps, account data, and stored metadata to produce features such as OTON Today, reminders, usage status, and Presence-style awareness without requiring AI for every action.

5. OTON Drop and Information From Other People

OTON Drop allows people outside your OTON account to send messages, requests, images, documents, and supported files to your Drop without receiving access to your private OTON workspace.

If you submit information through another person's OTON Drop, the information you provide is delivered to that OTON user and may also be processed by OTON to receive, secure, classify, summarize, organize, or surface the submission. The receiving OTON user controls what they do with the material after receiving it, subject to applicable law and the OTON Terms.

OTON may collect technical and anti-abuse information related to Drop submissions, such as timestamps, device or network information, rate-limit information, and security signals. We may reject, quarantine, or remove submissions that create security, abuse, legal, or operational risk.

6. Custom OTON Drop Names and Purchases

When you reserve or purchase a Custom OTON Drop Name, we may process the requested name, reservation status, expiration time, account identifier, checkout status, payment order identifiers, payment capture identifiers, amount, currency, purchase source, and activation status.

OTON uses this information to verify availability, prevent conflicting claims, complete the purchase flow, activate the alias, prevent duplicate charging, support refunds or disputes where applicable, and measure purchase conversion.

Payment providers such as PayPal process payment credentials according to their own privacy policies. OTON generally receives transaction and verification information needed to confirm the purchase rather than your complete payment credentials.

7. Analytics and Product Measurement

OTON uses analytics and internal measurement to understand whether the Services are working and where users find value. This may include measurements such as total users, new users, active users, activation, returning users, Core requests, files uploaded, tasks created, Drops received, Custom Drop reservations, checkout starts, completed purchases, revenue, and purchase attribution such as Welcome versus Settings.

Where practical, reporting may use aggregated counts or operational metrics rather than exposing the underlying private content. Analytics help us improve reliability, understand adoption, evaluate product decisions, and operate the business.

8. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

OTON may use cookies, browser storage, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve settings, maintain interface state, remember preferences, continue purchase flows, improve security, and support product functionality.

You can control some browser storage through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or storage may cause certain OTON features to stop working correctly.

9. How We Share Information

We do not rent or sell your personal information. We may share or make information available only as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

• Service providers: companies that provide hosting, authentication, databases, cloud storage, AI processing, email, analytics, security, payment processing, or other technical services.
• At your direction: when you intentionally share a Drop link, public alias, file, response, or other information with another person.
• Legal and safety reasons: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, or defend rights and safety.
• Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

10. Advertising, Sponsors, and Public Surfaces

OTON may display OTON promotions, sponsor content, advertisements, or other promotional material in appropriate public or post-interaction areas of the Services.

Private OTON workspace content and private OTON Drop submission content are not intended to be used to target third-party advertising. Advertising measurement may use non-content signals such as page views, impressions, clicks, device type, broad geographic information, or conversion events where appropriate.

Third-party advertisers or linked services may collect information when you choose to interact with their content. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account continuity, complete transactions, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods can vary by data type. For example, active account content may remain available while your account is active, while payment and security records may be retained longer where needed for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Backup, logging, and disaster-recovery systems may retain deleted information for a limited period before it is fully overwritten or removed.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. These measures may include authentication, access controls, server-side verification, rate limits, payment verification, security logging, and provider security controls.

No internet service, cloud platform, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for promptly contacting us if you believe your account or Drop has been compromised.

13. Your Choices and Control

Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to:

• update profile or account information;
• change certain OTON settings and preferences;
• delete or organize files, tasks, or other content through available product controls;
• unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications;
• stop using public OTON Drop links or custom aliases where controls are available;
• request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; or
• close your OTON account, subject to retention that may be required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.

Some information may remain in transaction records, security logs, backups, or legally required records even after account or content deletion.

14. Email and Service Communications

We may send service-related communications such as security notices, account changes, purchase confirmations, important product updates, and support responses. These communications may be necessary to operate your account.

Marketing or promotional messages, where offered, may include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service messages.

15. Children's Privacy

OTON is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

16. International Processing

OTON and its service providers may process or store information in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such processing.
